Welcome to Ralvik. By using our website, buying from us, or contacting us, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use our site.

1. Using our website

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use this site. When you place an order, you confirm that your information is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

2. Products

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colors and finish can look different on different screens. We may update or discontinue products at any time.

3. Safe use

Ralvik tools are hand tools. Use them by hand with a ratchet, not with an impact wrench, a breaker bar, or a cheater pipe. Before working on any machine, shut it off, let it cool, and disconnect the spark plug wire or battery where that applies. Wear eye protection. You are responsible for working safely on your own equipment.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order if needed (for example, because of a pricing error or a stock problem). If we cancel, we refund you in full. Your order is confirmed once it's processed.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices may change at any time. You pay the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. You agree to provide valid payment information.

6. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and other events outside our control can slow things down. Lost and damaged packages are handled as described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Refunds and the One-Bolt Guarantee

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site (images, video, text, branding) belongs to Ralvik or its partners. Please don't copy or reuse it without permission.

9. Third-party tools and links

We may link to or use third-party tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or any issues that come from using them.

10. Shopify

Our store runs on Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Ralvik. Shopify is not responsible for your order or our products.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Reviews and feedback

If you send us ideas, reviews, photos, or suggestions, we may use them for business purposes without payment. You're responsible for making sure anything you send is lawful and doesn't violate anyone else's rights.

13. Errors

We may correct errors on our site, including prices, product descriptions, and availability, and may cancel affected orders with a full refund.

14. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the site for illegal purposes, try to hack, scrape, or exploit it, or impersonate others. We may suspend access if these rules are broken.

15. Disclaimer

Except for the One-Bolt Guarantee and the promises in our Refund and Shipping policies, our site and products are provided "as is." We don't promise the site will be error-free or always available.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ralvik is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here is the one that applies.
