Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, you must request it within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, in accordance with UK Consumer Law. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us using the form on the "Contact" page of our website. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For any questions regarding returns, feel free to reach out to us through the contact form available by clicking on "Contact" in the footer of our website.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are non-returnable, such as:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants),
Custom products (e.g., personalized items, special orders),
Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products),
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please contact us if you have any questions about the eligibility of your specific item.
Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new, separate purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
