Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, you must request it within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, in accordance with European consumer law. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us via the form on the “Contact” page of our website. If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new, separate order for the desired item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment.
Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
